We are looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations at our Satara facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining workplace safety. You will coordinate with machine operators, technicians, and management to achieve production targets efficiently. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to resolve operational challenges quickly. Monitoring productivity, minimizing downtime, and implementing process improvements are key aspects of this position. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possess excellent communication skills. The Production Supervisor will also maintain production records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies. Pay
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
