We are seeking an Agricultural Field Officer to support farmers and agricultural operations in and around Satara. The candidate will provide guidance on crop management, irrigation techniques, fertilizer usage, and modern farming practices. You will conduct field visits, monitor crop health, and assist farmers in improving productivity and sustainability. The role requires strong knowledge of agriculture, excellent communication skills, and a passion for rural development. You will collaborate with agricultural experts, government agencies, and local communities to implement effective farming solutions. Key Responsibilities
